How long does setup take?
Most teams are running the same afternoon. Turn on the modules you need, import a spreadsheet or two, and your command view populates immediately.
Can I import my existing spreadsheets?
Yes. Leads, suppliers, products and orders import from CSV, and you can keep adding by hand. Nothing is locked in.
Do the AI call summaries need setup?
No. Once a call recording is attached, Runvio generates the transcript and summary automatically. You can ask follow-up questions about any call.
Can my team use it too?
Yes, invite as many teammates as your plan allows and control what each person can see. Runvio works best when everyone shares one screen.
Is my data secure and exportable?
Your data is yours. It is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and you can export everything at any time while your account is active.
