Template, not legal advice. These pages are a solid starting point drafted for a SaaS product, but they must be reviewed and tailored by a qualified lawyer for the jurisdictions you operate and sell in (e.g. US/California, UK/EU-GDPR, UAE, Hong Kong) before you publish or run ads. Replace every highlighted placeholder with your real details.

1. Who we are

Runvio ("Runvio", "we", "us") is a software product operated by Runvio Inc., registered at 1111 Brickell Ave, 10th Floor, Miami, FL 33131, USA. Runvio is a shark group company. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@runvio.ai. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit our website or use the Runvio application (the "Service").

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details, name, work email, password, and workspace/company information you provide at signup.
  • Content you put into the Service, the records, files and data you and your team add (e.g. contacts, orders, projects).
  • Billing details, processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Anything you send us, support messages, survey responses, feedback.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and device data, pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser and device type, via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Log data, timestamps and diagnostic information needed to run and secure the Service.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
  • To set up and administer your account and workspace.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To communicate with you, onboarding, service updates, and (where permitted) product news you can opt out of.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you put into your workspace to advertise to you.

5. Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use strictly-necessary cookies to run the Service, and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising technologies to understand usage and measure marketing. This may include tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advertising pixels from Google and Meta. You can manage preferences via our cookie banner and your browser settings.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Runvio, under contract and only as needed, for example: Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting), Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery and customer-support tooling, and privacy-focused product analytics. We may also disclose data where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (with notice to you).

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete your data (see "Your rights").

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions within workspaces. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Californian residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know and delete personal information and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any right, contact hello@runvio.ai. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. International transfers

We operate internationally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date; material changes will be notified to you.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you (and the organisation you represent) and Runvio Inc. ("Runvio", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we'll make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.
